Career Services Center

The Career Services Center on campus also offers services to postdocs.

Below is the short summary of services available through the Career center:

1. We can participate in all the workshops (resume and cover letter writing tips, job search strategy etc) and career fair organized by the Career center

2. We can also participate in on-campus interviewing process but need to fill out a form in 235 Career Services

3. We can also arrange for individual career counseling (like mock interview, etc) through employee career counseling services but need to fill out HR form at Career service reception. These include:

• Exploring new career and/or advancement opportunities
• Desiring a job more suitable to interests, skills, and abilities
• Dissatisfaction with current position
• Identify new ways to utilize interests/skills in current business unit
• Problems or conflicts with current co-workers
• Develop a plan for pursuing or advancing education
• Conducting a Job Search (job-search strategies, resume, interviewing)
