Buying furniture

A non-exhaustive list of places to buy furniture in State college, going from cheapest to most expensive:

1. Lion surplus -They have lots of tables and chairs, filing cabinets, etc. They are surplus from the university, so not the most attractive, but they are cheap. Also lots of computer stuff (monitors, etc).
2. Goodwill - Westerly Park Plaza, State College, PA 16801. Have a small selection of second hand furniture, varies a lot.
3. We sell your furniture - This is a consignment shop (i.e., they sell second hand stuff for other people). There are photos and prices on the web site.
4. CentrePeace - Second hand furniture shop, in Bellefonte (about 15 minutes drive from State College)
5. Walmart - The walmart stores in State college have a reasonable range of moderately-priced furniture
6. Room Doctor - New furniture, particularly beds. They have ranging from "student prices" to nicer stuff.
7. Wolf furniture- Large furniture chain, has a branch in state college.
