This is the first event to be held by the new Executive Council for the Penn State Postdoctoral Society, in conjunction with the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs. We invite all Post Docs/Research Associates and their families to attend a summer “pot-luck” picnic, whereby all attendees are asked to bring a dish or plate of food to share. Sunset Park is located within a 10-15min walk of campus (850 McKee St, State College, PA) and is equipped with restrooms, a playground, ball field, volleyball and basketball courts, making it an ideal location for this informal get together. We are also planning some craft activities for children, so there will be plenty to do!
